Return and Refund Policy

At SEA Cosmétic, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the following return conditions.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

Return Conditions

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Return Procedure

Contact us by email at bleyannickjean@gmail.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Ship the item at your expense in secure packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective product or order error

If you have received a defective product or an error in your order, contact us immediately at bleyannickjean@gmail.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct product at no additional charge.
